There were very comfy beds and a refrigerator, a seating area and a writing table in the comfort queen room. Efficient and amicable staff members at the reception desk.

Only 15 min walk to downtown. Visited many places, as it's a short walk to woehrder wiese u-bahn metro station. Had breakfast for 18 eur per person. Besides, we parked the car on-site.
