It was a nice stay. Hotel accommodation was cozy, I loved BEST staff. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, a safe box and a mini bar fridge. There were a main market and a market around the venue. I found great Santos restaurant walking distance to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

Along with practical location we got a common room. They served absolutely fantastic breakfast, appreciated it. Our room had a fine bed and a perfect view. Walking distance to the nice beach.

All in all a splendid hotel and unforgettable stay. Very specious, functional rooms, tasty breakfast and terrific staff. I booked a room with a nice bed, terrace, coffee and WiFi. Really handy location to Henkersteg.

the room was perfect, functional decor, plus the staff was extremely helpful. super location within easy walking distance of germanisches nationalmuseum. cozy lobby. i had a very comfortable time and would stay here again.

The room was fine, location was best possible, awesome visit. Employees were super friendly and kept it all fairly clean. Room was good value. The view was marvellous and the bed was exceptionally comfortable...

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was slow.

We would recommend. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. We appreciated to chill in the nearby Hausbrauerei Altstadthof. We had a room with city views;)))
