Accommodating and affable staff who were always there to help. Its location was very central, a short walk to a Gothic church.

Damaged hotel, but it has very good location and rooms.

The room was stylish, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hairdryers and towels in the bathroom.

Bottled drinks at pool bar, good service.

The hotel was cool and straightforward with beautiful location so close to Pegnitz river and various restaurants and the canal. Throughout the day staff were best. Food was outstanding and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip.

I had a decent stay, thank you so much! Perfect breakfast, especially eggs, toast and pastries, the staff was very attentive. There were climate control, terrace and coffee in the room, appreciated that. Its beds were lovely. Reasonably priced hotel with an excellent service. Central property set in the beautiful area...

The hotel was beautifully designed, and I liked fabulous staff and well heated room. The outdoor restaurant was fantastic and offered great meals. Peaceful location to altstadt.

It was as expected, had a superb stay. Staff was flexible, rooms and common area were fairly clean. Fascinating view of canal. Pool was good too. Lovely location, an easy walk to a 14th - century fountain.

The stay at this fancy hotel was an enjoyable one. Spacious suite and comfy bed. There was a popular restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

Room was pleasant and fashionable, the place itself was nicely presented. Staff were wonderful and made our stay there quite comfortable. Our room had an extremely comfortable bed and an absolutely gorgeous view. Food was PERFECT - lots of options.

Fabulous base for exploring Nuremberg. Very big rooms, public parking. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk.
